In general, this book is a wonderful read for anyone seeking an awakening of consciousness. Its down-to-earth tone is a refreshing change from many books on spirituality and consciousness. For me, reading this book was like a taking a breath of fresh air. However, with that said, this book does have a couple major flaws that undermine its basic message.
